Along with greeting everyone and hoping that you are well, we write to summon you to the Fourth Annual Conference of SOCIPCO 2022. This year's host is the Faculty of Administration and Economics of the Diego Portales University.

The conference will be held over two half days on Friday, December 2, 2022, and we will have talks by leading international researchers. Please save these dates on your calendars. More importantly, this year we will continue to include research work from our partners, continuing with the initial spirit of this conference of encouraging the scientific development of psychology and organizational behavior in Chile. More details about the program, modality, and guests will be sent in the coming weeks.
