The Society permanently carries out the following activities:

• Online discussion forum: Open forum space on this website for discussion between members of society and members of the community, on topics of psychology and organizational behavior.

• Publication of dissemination articles: Brief articles are published monthly, prepared by members of society, to communicate and disseminate research papers and topics of scientific interest to the community.

• Annual Conference: The society organizes an annual conference, in which its members present their work and research projects under development.
